We stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located just 100m away from the lift to the beautiful Seiser Alm. The room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom. The service provided by the team was exceptional, making us feel welcome and well taken care of during our stay. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, and the spa facilities were top-notch.

The SPA was amazing and the food was very yummy. The hotel is located only steps away from the lift to the mountain which is a lifesaver for skiing. there is a wide variety of breakfasts to choose from, which was a delight for us.
We felt unwelcomed upon entering the hotel because the reception didn't give us useful instructions. We had to search for reception number two and ring the bell, only to wait five minutes for someone to come to the door to let us in.

The spa at this hotel is absolutely incredible. From the moment we stepped into the tranquil space, we felt instantly relaxed. the variety of treatments offered, from massages to facials, was impressive and the therapists were highly skilled. We left feeling rejuvenated and pampered. the food at this hotel was outstanding. We enjoyed delicious meals that were beautifully presented, with a great selection of options to choose from. the chef truly knows how to create culinary masterpieces.
The check-in process was a bit confusing and could have been handled better. We were directed to another building without prior notice and had to wait for someone to open the door.

This venue's SPA is truly excellent! World-class amenities, quality service, and a calming atmosphere make for a perfect experience. Food is also remarkable, with high-class meals served throughout the day. The hotel's location is ideal, just a few metres away from lifts that will take you to picturesque landscapes. My luxurious needs were fulfilled - with an extensive library, comfortable beds, and large private facilities.
Sadly, the wifi connection is very slow, which limits digital convenience and can be frustrating for some. However, the attentive team more than made up for this with their quality service during my stay.
